C.6.5 System Parameters Screen
Use the SYSTEM PARAMETERS screen to set default system operating
parameters. The parameters vary, depending on whether the AS is
controlled exclusively from the front panel or if it is sometimes or always
under Chromeleon or Chromeleon Xpress control.

Screen Field Description Values
WAIT
Enables or disables the wait step in the sample prep
phase of the method. When wait is enabled, the AS
waits for a run command from either the front
panel Hold/Run
button or a TTL input signal
before performing a method’s timed events steps.
This allows another instrument to control the
timing of each injection in a schedule.
