• To return a field to its default value (if an entry is not in progress), press
Delete.
D.3 Running a Schedule of Injections from the Front Panel
This section describes how to run a schedule of injections from the AS front
panel. To run a schedule (sequence) of injections from the computer, refer to the
Chromeleon or Chromeleon Xpress Help or user’s guide.
Before you can run a schedule, you must first create a method and schedule. See
Section D.5
for details about creating methods and Section D.6 for details about
creating schedules.
Notes
• The AS can run a schedule while you are entering or editing any method or
schedule, even the one that is currently running.
• Changes made to the currently running method or schedule will be
implemented with the next injection.
• When saving changes to the currently running method or schedule, or
switching to a different schedule, the clock continues running unaffected.
Only those parameter changes which affect the schedule after the current time
will be implemented in the current run.
• The AS can store up to nine (1 through 9) schedules in memory.
• Methods and schedules are retained in memory even after the AS power is
turned off.
