3.6.12 Sequential Concentrate Injections
In sequential concentrate mode, the AS delivers sample to two separate systems. A concentrator column replaces
the sample loop on each injection valve. Each system is operated independently and can have a different sample
and sample volume injected. Figure 3-29
shows a sequential concentrate injection to system #1 with reagent prime
and reagent flush steps for matrix elimination.
