Service messages class 200 – Operator Messages
Min. lubricating grease level
Air pressure insufficient; displayed after five second
Pincher lifting/lowering operation not allowed when pincher is closed; displayed if
the operator try to move up and down the pincher when closed
Thermal protections of drilling unit out-feed table electric
Loading table motor thermal protection ON
Timeout aux functions after the vice closing cycle; displayed if the signal of one of
four probes doesn’t appear after vice closing.
Unloading table motor thermal protection ON
Check vices vertical hold downs; displayed during pincher carriage moving if the
worked profile is higher than 300 mm. and at least one of all proximity for stroke
choking is “True”. That means if the profile goes into the vice it collide with a vice
vertical holder too low.
Thermal protections of drilling unit in-feed table electric motors
Carriage not in safety area; displayed if the movement of drilling unit or cutting unit
can collide with the pincher axis
Conveyor not in safety area; displayed when load or unload carts can collide with
profile
Result not OK against request for X/LP positioning for probing with vertical probes
Min. lubricating oil level; displayed during blade rotation if the oil level stays low at
least for five seconds
Tool selected in Y plane arrived at its max. working life; displayed when the tool of
first drilling head (datum line side) has reached its maximum life. The operator
must replace the tool and press the “New tool” push-button in the setup page or
manually clear all life counters
The same of message 200.099 but for second optional drilling head
Wait for part unloading; displayed if a bar is waiting to be worked while the cutting
unit is operating on the previous bar; when possible the operator must press “Start
Cycle” to restart the normal working
Drilling unit vice vertical clamping stroke choking not correct
Blade life is on pre-alarm limit; displayed when the blade of cutting unit has
reached its pre-alert life. The operator must replace the blade and press the “New
blade” push-button in the setup page or manually clear all life counters
The same of message 200.111 but for final life of the blade
Unloading carriage axis positioning required beyond barriers
Drill lubrication min. oil level
Infeed table motor inverter not ok
Outfeed table motor inverter not ok
Attention: part in pincher is too short
Marking counteracting device type not correct; displayed if the counteracting ex-
tension is not present when working L profiles
Electrical cabinet air filter dirty; displayed each one hundred hours of work
Lubricate the system; display each one hundred sixty hours of work
Scribing utility not configured; displayed if the operator programs a scribing opera-
tion without the related license
Web lower side scribing tool entered the protected area; displayed if the scribing
tool for the lower side of the web can collide with flanges or pincher or if it can go
out of the profile.
Drilling tool too long; displayed if, with drilling head in vertical position, is not possi-
ble to pass over the flanges
Signal missing of excluded probe proximity
Signal missing of probe zero reference limit switch
The signal of switched off drilling tools storage unit is missing; displayed if no sig-
nal comes from proximity when tool magazine is far from drilling head
