Test working
1001 DFB line is able to operate without material to check a program; to do that it is necessary that the
drilling sensitive cycle is disabled.
To check a program follow this procedure:
1) Select TEST ON by pressing soft-key n. 01 of the drilling unit
2) Disable, if activated, the drilling sensitive cycle by pressing the soft-key n. 19 of the drilling unit
3) Press “Start Cycle” of the main push-button panel
N.B. When the line is in Test mode, in the execution window, at the beginning of canonic program, a yel-
low bar is shown displaying a clearly message.
Operator parameters for basic operations
Pressing the graphic push-button “Parameters” in the “Execution” screen, a window opens to allow fine
tuning of some values for basic operations.
Backing space of the blade when in up/down mode (see saw softkeys on
page n. 34)
Correction factor: the CNC add this value to the web height to get the height
where it must start the up/down movement of the blade. The value can be
positive or negative.
Percentage reduction of blade let down speed
Thickness of material non sawed during initial cut to avoid the cut piece falls
into the machine
How much time the drilling unit must stay during a drilling operation to allow
chip break
How much time the drilling unit must penetrate into the material during a point-
ing operation (instruction POINT_37)
How much time the system must wait to consider well open/closed the holders
of material of the cutting unit
How much time the marking character of a disk marking unit must stay on
material; more this time is bigger and more the stamp is deep
Forward speed of the blade; read-only field
