Portable push buttons panel for service operations
The portable pushbuttons panel allows carrying out some manual operations like spindle lock, tool re-
lease, manual lubrication test, etc. This panel can be used only in setup mode rotating in left position the
key selector (Setup).
On the portable push buttons panel an additional emergency push-button is available. In case of activa-
tion, to restore the normal functioning, it is necessary to unlock the push-button (depending on the differ-
ent model it is required to pull or to clockwise rotate the red head) and to push again the “RESET” push-
button with blue warning light sideways to the main electric switch.

The system is in setup mode and the operator can
operate in safety way through the portable push-
buttons panel after having extracted the key.
Selector 1: select the drilling head: TA = drilling head
on stationary vice side - TB = drilling head on mobile
vice side (available only for machines with two drilling
heads).

Lock the drilling head rotation (4)
or lock the spindle rotation (5)
Both push buttons include a warning light, which
shows the active lock.

sions!

Tool releasing control
The tool is released in the actual position of the drilling
head (ATTENTION: if the tools magazine is not in tool
change position, the tool falls down); it is possible to
release the tool only if the spindle rotation is locked
(light inside the push-button n. 5 switched ON)
