4.2.4 Restart of the machine
The machine operator alone is able to restart the equipment.
Make sure to check the following:
the compressed air in the pneumatic system line has a pressure of at
least 5 bar
the oil in the hydraulic power unit is at the correct level
the cabinet door is closed
Apply power:
switch on the main automatic breaker switch, positioned in the cabinet,
by means of the appropriate external handle; the light in the respective
push-buttons provided on the control panel will go ON.
check that the white “cabinet live” lamp is on
reset the safety device pressing the illuminated blue reset push-button
(after the reset the light has to go to off)
reset the photoelectric barrier (if present) pushing the blue illuminated
push-button of barrier reset (after the reset the light has to go to off)
switch on the auxiliaries by means of the appropriate push-button.
make sure that no alarm message appears on the CNC screen
If all the above sequences are correct, you may consider the restarting cycle
as completed and as such you may pass to the next operations.
