Execution push-button for the nesting described in the zone n. 14
Push-button to delete a row in the zones n. 14 or 19
Push-button to save the all calculated bars into the bars list (see next window of bars
list)
Request for full automatic nesting; pressing this push-button the system doesn’t cal-
culate the number of requested bars for the present nesting and the bar quantity is
set to 9999; the CNC software determines the needed bars quantity calculating it in
real time as the bars are fed and automatically measured by the CNC
The push-button “Ordering” opens a window in which the operator can decide how to
sort the pieces to be nested (for instance increasing or decreasing order for length,
mark, contract, etc…)
Nesting request for the pieces selected in the zone n. 19
Possible request for pieces rotation; to be used for pieces with initial and/or final an-
gled cuts
Graphic warning for the scrap percentage; green colour: OK, red colour: too much

Be sure that the nesting operation doesn’t need
