Alternatives using the pincher
Working flat profiles
To work flats, the pincher must catch material on the same plane of rollers; thus it is necessary to fit the
line with “open” rollers to allow the passing of the pincher.
Working other type of profiles it should be better close the rollers to avoid wrong positioning of material.
Working “U” profiles and square tubes
Working square tubes, or loading “U” profiles with the web in upper position, is possible to avoid the open-
ing of the rollers setting vertical pincher and grab of upper side instead the lower on the rollers plane.
