4.8.12 Material out-feed handling system
It consists of a table, located at the drilling machine exit side, capable to handle straight
beams.
The table is equipped with powered rolls mounted on suitable supports with ball bearings.
Suitable zero reference units are also mounted on the outfeed conveyor.
The entry side idle roll and the exit side powered roll of the saw can be lifted
simultaneously through solenoid valve operated hydraulic cylinders, to prevent an
interference between the material being fed into the saw The above rolls are always lifted
during the bar transfer, but they will disappear during the sawing cycle.
The unloading system is complete with a catches type conveyor.
