Command to test the tool lubrica-
tion circuit
This push-button allows testing and regulating the
functioning of the internal or external lubrication of the
tool into the spindle (the lubrication type depends from
which type of tool is loaded in the spindle.
Operations end: key selector ro-
tates in central position
The system is ready for automatic operations; it is
necessary to reset the alarm caused by protection
barriers (if provided)
CNC preparation
Inside the CNC, two databases are available:
- “TABLES”: it contains the technological information of all tools used on the line and it is the general
database of the system. To open this database, press the push-button “TABLES” in the “Execution”
window.
- “SETUP”: it contains the technological and geometric information of the tools required to execute the
program in progress. To open this database, press the push-button “SETUP” in the “Execution” win-
dow.
In the windows “Tables” and “Setup”, the number of cards and fields depends on the
configuration of the line bought and could be different from the following pictures.
