we strongly recommend to comply strictly with the following suggestions as
well as with the specifications given in the appropriate Sections and parts of
this Manual, so that to insure proper operation and performance of your
machine and minimise maintenance and servicing down-times.
Our Fabricating Lines are fitted with the most advanced electric, electronic,
pneumatic and hydraulic systems as well as with the most sophisticated
numerical controls and their satisfactory operation and performance is
insured by your strict compliance with the following fundamentals.
1.3 GENERALS
Installation and location of all components, equipment and items forming
the Fabricating Line must conform strictly to the information and details
given in the foundation and installation prints, supplied by us prior to
shipment of the machine.
Machine foundations should be adequately modified , if so required, to suit
the soil physical characteristics, taking into consideration possible
bradyseism problems, undulation, muddy bottom, etc.
We shall not accept any responsibility for foundations built on problemed
soils.
Do not incorporate any modification or alteration to any part or portion of
the machine, even of minor nature, without having first had our written
authorisation to do so.
Make sure to hold in your stock all the replacement parts recommended by
us.
Your machine must be operated and maintained by skilled and well trained
operators, who must assist our Engineers to install and commission the
machine at your site, if such a service has been purchased by you.
Your maintenance Engineer must be able to spot and locate, in case of
breakdowns, the portion of the system where the malfunction or failure
occurred and the nature of the same, so that to have it promptly repaired
and eliminated.
