4.3.5 Pincher SETUP
The pincher SETUP calls for two different operations:
- positioning of the pincher arm vertically
- replacement, if necessary, of the section clamping jaws (see TAB. 43)
4.3.6 Pincher arm positioning
Once the machine operator knows the dimensions of the section to be handled he will
proceed acting on the selector switch to position the pincher arm at the correct height.
It is also possible, for special applications, to rotate the pincher jaws by 90°.
If this will be the case, remove the nut which secures the jaws, set the jaws in the desired
position and then tighten the locking nut again.
