4.8.11 Hydraulic Band Saw
- Model SCS 100 Band Cold Saw consisting of :
- machine frame complete of a base suitable to include the hydraulic and lube/cooling
services. On the base are positioned the mobile clamp and the guide of the band-holder
head.
- band-holder complete of a vertically sliding band. The band powered system, the band
tightener controlled by an hydraulic cylinder, the band guiding system and the rotating
brush to ensure chips removal from the band are all mounted on the saw head.
- clamping system to ensure horizontal of the section.
- clamping system to ensure vertical clamping of the section (vertical cylinders to be
manually pre-adjusted by the operator according to cut type).
- rotating base for saw mitering at + 45° / -60° complete with mitering system and pick-
up controlled by encoder.
- Extractable box for chips collection.
