2.1.5 Unloading device with magnet
Special magnetic device, with controlled axis, for the automatic unloading of short pieces
and trim-cut pieces.
This system can be used with I and U profiles having the following specifications:
• Min. profile width: 120 mm
• Max. piece weight to be transferred with magnetic device: 150 kg
Pieces or trim-cut pieces having a length between 40 mm and 1200 mm
Thanks to the magnetic device, the piece or scrap is transferred onto the unloading device
for short pieces (see relevant option) and then laterally unloaded by manual action of the
operator on a pushbutton.
Finished pieces having a minimum length of 1200 mm
Thanks to the magnetic device, the piece is transferred onto the first area of the outfeed
powered rollerway (see relevant option) that, by manual action of the operator on a
pushbutton, allows the further piece transfer.
Short pieces unloading device
“Shutter” unloading device positioned at the exit of the saw, which is suitable to
automatically unload (operator side) the short pieces or scraps having a length between
min 40 mm and max 1200 mm. The pieces are unloaded into a case (not included in the
supply).
