CHAPTER 7 : PROGRAM EXECUTION
Execution of working operations: introduction
The 1001 DFB line can execute:
- single pieces, already cut to right length, only to drill
- group of pieces made out of a bar (or many bars) thank to the cutting unit
Thus the CNC software can execute programs in two modes:
- single piece execution
- bar execution
Many push-buttons “Execute” are available to start different execution modes.
Programming window: the
“Execute” push-button
starts the execution of the
selected single piece.
Attention: be sure that, in
the window title bar, “Piece
cut to length” or “Cut-to-
length piece circum-
scribed” appears; if not,
adjust the right value in the
field n. 1 in the “Execution
parameters” window as
described in the previous
section.
