Sets the demand measurement stop time.
Erro
・If an attempt was made to specify a nonexistent date, a command error is
generated.
・An execution error results if an attempt was made to set a time that
precedes the demand measurement start time.
・In the following circumstances, a device dependent error is generated:
If an attempt was made to execute this command while waiting for or
during demand measurement.
In the event of a system error.
