for a library with a single logical partition.
Monitor Library: Drive Identity
This page provides the following detailed information about the drive. No changes can be made from
here. The displayed information varies depending on the library model and drive type (SCSI, SAS, or
Fibre Channel). Table 29 lists all available elements on the Drive Identity page. An "X" indicates that the
element displays for the specified drive type.

Revision

SCSI ID The unique identifier that is assigned to the SCSI drive
to enable it to receive communications from the host

The unique identifier that is assigned to the drive that
allows the host to recognize and communicate with the

Drive
If the drive communicates all messages from the host to
the library, then it is considered the control path drive.
If the drive is the control path drive, this element
displays "Yes." If not, this element displays "No." All
drives in a logical library might be a control path drive.
