2: Tools needed) These CRUs are parts of the library that must be added, removed, and replaced by the
customer. If a customer chooses to have a Tier 1 CRU added, removed, or replaced by an IBM service
representative, there is a charge for the service. If a customer chooses to have a Tier 2 CRU added,
removed, or replaced by an IBM service representative, there is no charge for the service.
