Position data cannot be re-
ceived.
• “External GPS” is selected in the GPS
Set item on the Menu screen, but an ex-
ternal GPS receiver is not connected.
• “OFF” or “Manual” is selected in the
GPS Set item on the Menu screen.
• A GPS signal was not received.
• Connect an external GPS receiver.
• Select either “Internal GPS” or “Exter-
nal GPS” in the GPS Set item on the
Menu screen.
• Move until the GPS signal is received.

• A call sign is programmed in “CALL

setting of the Repeater List.
• Select “OFF” in “DUP” setting of the
Repeater List.
• Set a simplex frequency.
