4.13 IP WAN Dialing after Answer
Description
The iPECS system permits sending and receiving DTMF signals after connecting to an external
VoIP party. The DTMF signal can be DTMF tone, Text String, or DTMF protocol based on the
system programming.

Operation is automatic based on the system database.
1. The connected VoIP party must transmit DTMF digits in the mode selected in the
system database otherwise; the DTMF digits will not be recognized.
