1. Press the [TRANS/PGM] button.
2. Dial the Conference Room number (571 - 579).
3. Dial the password, if assigned.
4. Hang-up to complete the transfer.
To view the Conference Room status from the Attendant Station,
1. Press the [TRANS/PGM] button at attendant.
1. Dial the Room Monitor code ‘0 4 7’.
2. Dial the Conference Room number (1-9).
3. The Attendant LCD displays the number of participants in the room.
To delete a Conference Room from the Attendant,
1. Press the [TRANS/PGM] button.
2. Dial the Room Delete code ‘0 4 8’.
3. Dial the Room number.
4. Press [HOLD/SAVE].
Consideration
The maximum number of Conference Rooms is 9 and each Conference Room may have
up to 15 participants.
A Conference Room remains active until deleted by the user or Attendant.
The Attendant does not require the password to delete a Conference Room.
An analog CO line must provide disconnect supervision and the Open Loop Detect timer
must be properly set for a call to be transferred to a Conference Room or for a DISA
caller to join the room.
To join a Conference Room directly from a DID line, the Conference Room must be
defined as the destination in the DID/DISA Destination Table.
The LED of a Conference Room button will display the status of the Conference Room:
On, Conference Room is activate with no participants
Off, Conference Room is deactivated.
60 ipm Flash, 1 to 3 participants are in the room
120 ipm Flash, 4 to 6 participants are in the room
240 ipm Flash, 7 or more participants are in the room
