A DKT can be assigned with a Flexible button to activate a Door Open contact
Operation
To activate a Door Open contact,
1. Lift the handset or press the On/Off button
2. Dial the Door Open code for the desired contact
3. The contact activates for the Door Open time.

Sets the duration a Door Open contact will remain activated
10.5.3 External Page Control
Description
An External Control Contact may be assigned to activate when an External Page Zone is
accessed. This is often used to connect external paging equipment to or activate a paging
amplifier.
Consideration
External control contacts are rated at 30 volts DC and 1 Amp.
