3.9.6 Customer Call Routing (PGM 228)
PGM 228 defines the routing for each CCR Table.
Procedure:
1. Press the [TRANS PGM] button.
2. Dial 228.
3. Enter the CCR Table number (01 ~ 07).
4. Select the desired Flexible button.
5. Enter the appropriate value.
6. Press the [Hold/Save] button.
