11.5.3 Administrative Mailbox
Description
A Mailbox may be assigned as an Administrator allowing the user access to other mailboxes
and the administration menu to add, delete, or reset a mailbox password to default (station
number). The administrator can record a Greeting and a Name for a mailbox and record and
send a broadcast message to all mailboxes.
Operation
From the Main Menu, the Administrator can access the Administration Menu and the
Administration menu is played.
“To add a mailbox, press 1
To delete a mailbox, press 2
To reset a mailbox password, press 3
To record a mailbox greeting, press 4
To record a broadcast message, press 5
To record a mailbox name, press 6”
To Add a mailbox,
1. Press 1
2. Enter the Mailbox
3. Enter the COS (1 ~ 5)
4. Press 1 to confirm or # to cancel
To Delete a mailbox
1. Dial 2
2. Dial the Mailbox
3. Dial 1 to confirm or # to cancel
To Reset the password to default for a mailbox (the station number)
1. Dial 3
2. Dial the Mailbox
3. Dial 1 to confirm or # to cancel
To record a mailbox greeting
1. Dial 4
2. Enter the Mailbox
Dial 1 to listen
Dial 2 to record a new greeting
Dial 3 to delete the existing greeting
3. Dial # to cancel
