4.13 Forced Trunk Disconnect
Description
An Attendant or Emergency Supervisor station can be allowed to force a busy CO line to return
to idle disconnecting the active call. Once the CO line returns to idle, it is connected to the
Attendant or Emergency Supervisor station.
Operation
To activate Forced Trunk Disconnect feature:
1. Seize a CO line.
2. At busy tone and dial ‘#’.
3. Busy line goes to idle and connects to the Station.
Consideration
Forced Trunk Disconnect Feature is only possible for analog CO lines.
