14.5 Incoming Calling Line Id (ICLID) Routing of DID Calls
Description
When a call is received on a line assigned for DID service, the ipLDK will compare the CLI with
entries in the ICLID Table. The ICLID Table has two entries for each record, the CLI and an
index to the Flexible DID Table for routing. If the received CLI matches an entry in the ICLID
Table, the system routes the call using the destination defined for the index in the Flexible DID
Table. If no match is found, the system will route the call using the normal DID call procedures
(refer to Ref A).
Consideration
The ICLID Table is automatically sorted by CLI. When a new CLI and index are saved,
the table is resorted. If an existing CLI is entered into the table, it will replace any
previous entry of that CLI.
If a CLI is deleted from the Table, the Flexible DID Table index is also cleared.
The ICLID Table can be initialized using PGM 450, Flexible button 11 Initialization Other
