4.14 Hold Preference
Description
When a CO line is placed on hold, the DKT user may place the call on Preferred Hold
(Exclusive or System) by a single press of the [Hold/Save] button. Pressing the [Hold/Save]
button again toggles the Hold to the non-preferred Hold state.
