17.2 Lock-key operation
Description
ipLDK-60 supports a number of software applications including Private Networking, ez-
Attendant, ez-Phone, Phontage and TAPI. The system software includes 60-day trial license
of the applications. In addition, the software includes the ability to support two Phontage IP
softphones. To permanently add a demonstration application or expand the supported
Phontage softphones, additional software must be added to the system based on the system
serial number. Using the system serial number a key code is generated and, when entered
over a telnet or PC Admin session, will add the application to the system software.
