To record and send a Broadcast Message
1. Dial 5
2. Enter the Broadcast Message number (01 ~ 10)
Dial 1 to listen
Dial 2 to record a new greeting
Dial 3 to delete the existing greeting
3. Dial # to cancel
To record a Mailbox Name
1. Dial 6
2. Enter the Mailbox
Dial 1 to listen
Dial 2 to record a new greeting
Dial 3 to delete the existing greeting
3. Dial # to cancel
Consideration
An Administrator cannot access Private messages in another mailbox.
When deleted, all recordings associated with a mailbox are erased as well as any Names
assigned. The mailbox settings are returned to there default with VMIB access disabled.
