11.5.7 Forward A Message
Description
A user can forward a copy of a Voice Message to another user’s VMIB (Voice Mail In-box). A
comment can be recorded and sent with the copy of the message.
Operation
After hearing a message,
1. Dial 6, mailbox number request plays
2. Follow the voice prompt instructions to forward the message.
Consideration
The receiving station must have a Voice Mailbox.
Messages can be copied only to another Mailbox.
A user-recorded message can be added to the message before forwarding a message.
The user must listen to the entire message before forwarding.
