1. Press the [SPEED] button twice.
2. Use the Volume Up/Down buttons to highlight the Directory.
1 = Intercom
2 = Station Speed Dial
3 = System Speed Dial
3. Enter characters to search the Directory
or, use the Up/Down buttons to scroll through the list of Names.
Note when entering Names, use the [Call Back] button to delete the last character.
4. When the LCD cursor points to the desired Name, press the [HOLD/SAVE] button or
press the [SEND] softkey.
Consideration
Dial by Name is available only on a DKT with LCD.
The name must be registered to use Dial by Name.
A station or Speed Dial with no Name is not listed in the Dial by Name directories.
