7.4 Statistics (QS01 to QS96)
7.4.1 Main Functions
Counting Number of OK/NG Judgments and Analyzing OK Judgment Results
As for up to 96 items of the referred formulas and judgment results, the PV310 counts the number of OK/NG
judgment results. Counting the number of OK/NG judgment results starts after the PV310 was turned on. The
counted results can be reset to 0 by turning off the PV310, changing the product types or forcibly resetting the
results. In addition, the calculation results such as the following data, which were judged as OK, are saved.
• Average value
• Variance value
• Max.
• Min.
• Range (difference between Max. and Min.)
Counting Scanning Number
The number of inspections is counted after the PV310 was turned on. The counted number is returned to "0" by
turning off the PV310, switching the product types or forcibly resetting the system.
