7.5 Data Monitor
7.5.1 Main Functions
Displaying Data during the Execution of Inspection (in RUN mode)
Up to 50 items of the followings can be displayed in a table form (5 columns x 10 rows); Num. Result, Num.
Judgment, Judgment, Statistics, and current Product Type No. or Title. This table is displayed in the image
display area in RUN mode.
Each box showing data in a table is called a “cell”.
Changing the Upper and Lower Limits for Numeric Calculation
As for the referred results of Numeric Calculation, the upper and lower values in the Data Monitor table can be
changed during the execution of inspection.
Selecting the Number of Cells (Rows and Columns) To Be Displayed
The Data Monitor table can display up to 50 data (5 columns x 10 rows). You can change the number of data
shown in the Data Monitor table by specifying the number of rows and columns, but you cannot separately
select whether or not to display the data.
Selecting an Alignment of Data Monitor table
You can select a display position of the Data Monitor table from 10 choices.
You can select whether or not to display the Data Monitor table in RUN mode by selecting “RUN Mode
Image Settings” in the TOOL menu.
Up to 8-digit data can be displayed in each cell. If the number of digits of the data exceeds the range,
asterisk marks are displayed instead of data.
