10.4.2 Reset Condition: Off After Read
This is the way of turning the data output off at a time after capturing an image. After capturing the image, the
previous outputs are turned off and the data are output at the time of the end of the inspection.
When an error occurred, the ERROR signal OFF timing is synchronized with the READY signal OFF timing.
10.4.3 Reset Condition: Off Before Read
This is the way of turning the data output off at a time after capturing an image. Before capturing the image, the
previous outputs are turned off and the data are output at the time of the end of the inspection. This is effective if
inspection time is extremely short.
