Deleting CHAPs
To delete a CHAP:
1. From the Main Menu, highlight iSCSI Management and press Enter.
2. Highlight iSCSI CHAPs and press Enter.
3. Highlight the CHAP you want to delete and press the spacebar to mark it.
4. Highlight Delete Marked Entries and press Enter.
5. Press Y to confirm.
Using iSCSI Ping
You can send a ping through VessRAID’s iSCSI data ports to verify a network
connection.
To send a ping:
1. From the Main Menu, highlight iSCSI Management and press Enter.
2. Highlight Ping and press Enter.
3. Highlight IP Address and type the IP address you want to ping.
4. Highlight Ping Through and press the spacebar to toggle though port
numbers to choose an iSCSI data port.
5. Highlight [Ping] and press Enter to send the ping.
The result of the ping displays on the screen.
To clear the result, highlight Return to Previous Menu and press Enter twice.
