Figure 18 - 5 shows the PHR bit configuration in the case other than the Mode Switch frame.
The respective PHR bits automatically capture the set value and transmit it to the corresponding
register.

DW enable bit value: SUBG control register bit 4
L10 to L0: Frame Length
Transmission frame length register value: Transmit frame length register bits 0 to 10
