Working with loads
The load measurement has an accuracy of
+/-3% of the rated capacity of the truck.
NOTE
In order to ensure accuracy a
talltimes,azero
adjustment of the load measu
rement must be
carried out. Zero adjustme
nt is required.

after fitting or changing attachments.
Performing the load measurement
DANGER
Risk of accident from a falling load!
The load may fall if the load centre of gravity has not
been taken into account or the load has not been
picked up securely.
– Pick up the load securely; see the chapter
entitled "Picking up loads".
CAUTION
If the weight determined by a load measurement
exceeds the permissible residual load capacity of
the truck, the truck cannot be operated safely.
– Set down and reduce load immediately.
– If necessary, use another truck with sufficient
load-bearing capacity.
NOTE
Accurate load measurement is only possible
under the following conditions:
•
The hydraulic oil is at normal operating
temperature
•
The load is at rest at the beginning of the
load measurement
•
The load corresponds to at least 10% of the
nominal load capacity in trucks with a load
capacity of up to 2.5 t
•
The load corresponds to at least 5% of the
nominal load capacity in trucks with a load
capacity of 3 t and over
•
The lift mast is in the vertical position
•
The fork is not raised to more than 800 mm
above the ground
