Arguments
<NR1> is the horizontal position expressed as the percentage of the waveform
displayed left of the center of the graticule.
Examples
HORIZONTAL:DELay:POSITION 50 sets the horizontal position to 50%.
HORIZONTAL:MAIn:DELay:POSITION? might
return :HORIZONTAL:MAIn:DELay:POSITION 100 indicating that the
horizontal position is set to 100%.

Sets or returns the horizontal delay mode.

Arguments
OFF sets the Horizontal Delay Mode to off. This causes the
HORizontal:POSition command to horizontally position the waveform.
ON sets the Horizontal Delay Mode to on. This causes the
HORizontal:DELay:TIMe command to horizontally position the waveform.
<NR1> = 0 sets the Horizontal Delay Mode to off; any other value sets this mode
to on.
