<NR3> specifies the range from 1(or 2) ns to 100 s, depending on the model.

All settings for the time base

HORIZONTAL:SCALE 2E-6 sets the main scale to 2 μs per division.
HORIZONTAL:SCALE? might return :HORIZONTAL:MAIN:SCALE
2.0000E-06, indicating that the main scale is currently set to 2 μs per division.
