17.1 If a Problem Occurs
Dealing with Unusual Circumstances
• If a message appears on the screen, see the following pages for reference.
• If servicing is necessary or the instrument does not operate properly even after you have attempted
to deal with the problem according to the instructions in this section, contact your nearest
YOKOGAWA dealer.

The display is odd. The system is not operating

Turn off the instrument, and then turn it
back on.

If the test fails, servicing is required.

Triggering does not work. The trigger settings are not

Insufficient warm-up. Warm up the instrument for 30 minutes
after turning on the power.
