Function Sets/queries the reverse CDMA channel closed loop power control step size.
This setting tells the mobile station how much to increase or decrease the power according to the
power control bit.
Setting Range: DB1|DBHalf|DBQuarter
Query Range: DB1|DBH|DBQ
*RST Setting DB1 (1 dB)
