Function The setting form of this command performs two functions: (1) sets the FER (frame error rate)
measurement’s confidence level, and (2) sets the FER measurement’s confidence limit STATe to 1
(on).
The query form of this command returns the FER measurement’s confidence level setting.
Setting Range: 80 to 99.99 percent
Resolution: 0.01 percent
