Figure D-17 shows the right-click menu for the Formulas folder.

To insert a new formula,
1 Choose Insert Formula.
This will open the Formula Builder dialog box, shown in Figure D-18.

2 Select the type of formula that you want.
By clicking on a formula type, its description appears in the dialog box.
However, if you need more help with a formula type, click the Help
button to review the formula types.
