FAIL VAL circuit pack detected test failure.
■ If the problem persists, reset the circuit pack (busyout board UUCSS,
reset board UUCSS, and release board UUCSS).
■ If the problem persists, replace the circuit pack.
PASS Port circuitry functioning properly.
