DETR-BD (Tone Detector Circuit)
For proper tone detection, the companding mode administered for the system
must match that of the DETR-BD circuit. The companding mode is administered
on the system-parameters country-options form.

1. UU is the universal cabinet number (1–64 for ATM PNC, 1–44 for CSS PNC). C is the carrier
