This command requests the board ppcss to remove the memory file system.
This command will fail if there are any files present on the file system and an error
message, “filesystem still has files,” will be displayed on the SAT. To disable the
file system, remove every file on the file system by using the remove file path
board
ppcss SAT command.
This command fails if the file system is already disabled.
