the Chromeleon or Chromeleon Xpress sequence or in the front panel
schedule.
Notes
• To minimize the backpressure applied to the sample syringe pump,
use the largest ID tubing possible to make the injection loop.
• If a 1.5 mL vial is used, the maximum loop size is 500 μL and the
maximum injection volume is 1100
μL, regardless of the syringe size.
• For syringes that are 1,000 μL or smaller, the maximum loop size and
injection volume requires the syringe to aspirate from the sample vial
multiple times. This can result in reduced precision. For maximum
precision, use a loop size and injection volume that require only a
single sample aspiration.
