9.7.1.4 Installing the PCIe SW card

Ê Connect the PCIe cables to the ports of the PCIe SW card (see circle). The
port numbers are printed next to each port.
Ê Remove the PCIe SW card from its protective packaging.
I For further instructions regarding controller settings, please refer to
the accompanying documentation.
Ê If applicable, attach the required slot bracket to the PCIe SW card as
described in section "Installing a slot bracket" on page 138.
Ê Remove the respective slot bracket.
I Slot #4 is the preferred slot for the PCIe SW card.
