You can save the measurement results inside the instrument (Up to 32,000 items).The saved measurement
results can be saved to a USB flash drive. They can also be acquired using a communication command. The
memory function setting is the same in mode, mode, and mode.
The items saved to memory are in accordance with the
:MEASure:VALid setting. For details on how to
acquire the saved measurement results or set
:MEASure:VALid, refer to LCR Application Disk (Commu-
nication Commands).
